The grant writing workshop is a great chance to hear about how to approach grant writing, which is becoming an increasingly important skill in academia today.

Drawing on our expertise as grant reviewers and grant applicants, we will look at how to identify ideal funders, how to write grant applications and make them appeal to reviewers of grant applications. By the end of the workshop, you will have acquired the skills to put together a strong grant application for your own project. The workshop is open to all students as well as recent PhD graduates in our department. It may also be of interest to members of staff, particularly postdocs.
